We are seeking a high-calibre Managing Consultant to lead technology strategy and digital transformation engagements for senior executive and board-level clients. The role focuses on shaping enterprise transformation agendas, aligning technology and digital investment to strategic business outcomes, and delivering measurable value at scale.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, own complex transformation programs from strategy through execution, and contribute to the firm’s growth through client leadership, talent development, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise technology and digital strategies, including target-state design, investment roadmaps, and benefits realisation

  • Advise executives on large-scale digital and technology-enabled transformation, spanning operating models, platforms, data, cloud, and cyber

  • Translate business strategy into prioritised transformation portfolios with clear value cases

  • Own senior stakeholder relationships and serve as a first-call advisor on technology and transformation matters

  • Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams across multiple engagements

  • Drive business development through strategy-led pursuits, proposals, and executive pitches


Experience & Capabilities

  • Significant experience in Tier-1 or equivalent management consulting, with a strong focus on technology strategy and digital transformation

  • Proven track record advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of modern digital and technology ecosystems (e.g. cloud, data & AI, platforms, cyber)

  • Strong commercial acumen, including account leadership and practice growth

  • Exceptional executive communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
